• Perform PCBA-level functional testing using automated test equipment and software platforms.
• Follow standardized test procedures and engineering instructions.
• Validate product functionality against defined specifications and quality benchmarks, applying pass/fail criteria with a high degree of accuracy.
• Identify, document and escalate defects, abnormalities and non-conformances.
• Maintain accurate test records and ensure full traceability of results.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in electronics or PCBA testing within an EMS company.
• Proven experience operating automated test equipment and its software.
• Strong ability to interpret technical documentation, procedures and specifications.
• Good understanding of ESD handling and a basic understanding of electronic components and circuit functionality.
• Experience with Flying Probe Testing (FPT) is preferred; hands-on experience with In-Circuit Testing (ICT) is a plus.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and a quality-driven mindset.
• Clear communication and reporting skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
