IQC Inspector
Warehouse Operator
We're looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our manufacturing operations team and keep materials moving smoothly from receiving dock to production floor. Working closely with supply chain, planning, production and quality teams, you'll handle everything from incoming supplier deliveries to issuing components to the line. You'll make sure every part is stored correctly, tracked accurately and available exactly when production needs it. In electronics manufacturing, careful handling and accurate stock make a real difference, and this role is central to both.
What you’ll do
- Receive incoming shipments, check quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes, and hand materials over to IQC for inspection.
- Store materials and components in the correct locations, following FIFO and labelling requirements.
- Handle electronic components with care, following ESD (electrostatic discharge) and moisture-sensitive storage procedures.
- Pick, kit and issue materials to production based on work orders, and return or restock surplus items.
- Update stock movements accurately in the ERP / inventory system and support regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Prepare finished goods for dispatch, including packing, labelling and shipping documentation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe, following 5S and health and safety guidelines.
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical or logistics certificate is a plus.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience, ideally in an electronics, manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems and basic MS Excel.
- A valid UAE forklift license is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team.
